Well, it has been a whirlwind for me the last few months. My great-grandfather past, my job was in jeapordy (I still have one...praise the Lord!), and the news of my surgery. This is my way of reaching many people and updating everyone after the surgery.

Glad to hear you are doing well. You are in my prayers. I know God is with you! God bless you. I can't wait to see you back and exercising. We may have to give you a few LTW make up sessions. Stay Strong!
Rachel, I met your dad through what could ONLY be a God connection...Remember Never lose sight Never lose hope Never lose faith Never give up Prayers are surrounding you
I'm sorry that we haven't had a chance to really connect yet at Lose 2 Win, but I do want you to know that you continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Looking forward to getting to know you better after you've gone through recovery.
